Video:Olive oil producer “La Clémandine”, ed.

Umami innovator Keisuke Matsushima visited a small olive oil producer in the village of Saint-Jeannet, a 20-minute drive from the international resort of Nice in southern France.

This organic farm, named after the children, produces a rich harvest of olives and a variety of vegetables.

The film reports on the inherited taste and umami through the homemade dishes prepared by these women, who know the nature of Nice well.
